🍂 Fall Is Rolling In and V2 Properties Is Ready for a Busy Season

The first signs of fall are beginning to arrive at the Jersey Shore. The summer crowds are thinning, the days are getting a little shorter, and for V2 Properties, a new construction season is beginning.

September is always an exciting month for our team. While summer is one of the busiest seasons for enjoying the Shore, fall gives us the opportunity to get back to work on properties that have been in the planning and preparation stages throughout the summer.

🚧 Demolition Season Has Arrived

As of September 15, 2026, the seasonal demolition moratorium has officially been lifted, and we are ready to get started.

Demolition is scheduled for two of our Margate City projects:

🏡 117 N. Granville Avenue, Margate City, NJ

Demolition is scheduled and we have submitted our building permit application. With the permit process underway, we are looking forward to moving this project into the next stage of development.

🏡 215 N. Sumner Avenue, Margate City, NJ

Demolition is scheduled, and we are currently finalizing several architectural plan items with our architect. Once those details are complete, we will move into procurement and submit for the building permit.

After months of planning and preparation, it is exciting to see both properties moving closer to active construction. We look forward to sharing their progress throughout the fall.

We are pleased to officially add another Ocean City property to our list of completed projects. Each settlement represents much more than the sale of a home. It marks the completion of a project from acquisition through construction and sale and allows us to return capital and investment profits to our partners.
