V2 Properties is Building Again!As soon as Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced construction could resume effective May 1st we immediately set plans in motion to get back to building homes in Philadelphia. We are following all guidelines for social distancing as well as posting the required guidelines in each of our houses for all of our contractors. All of our General Contractors as well as the sub contractors have been busy over the past two weeks picking up where they left off prior to the shutdown. Since we resumed construction we have put four new homes on the market and we have another six new homes that will be on the market by the end of May. We are in a great position to offer buyers a wide variety of new construction homes across the Philadelphia region. Our variety of new home options which offer some of the best values in the city combined with low interest rates put us in a great position to capitalize on a demand which we expect to significantly increase in June as soon as buyers are able to get out and view our inventory of homes. We are cautiously optimistic as we get into early June the real estate market will take off and make up for lost time! Since April 11th, just over a month, we have put six homes under contract and leased one of our rental units. That’s certainly not a typical month of May for us, but not bad either, all things considered, I am sure there are a significant number of developers in the area that would be thrilled with those results. There is no doubt, after speaking personally with many of you over the past sixty days that we have an amazing group of investors, I can’t THANK YOU enough for all the words of encouragement as well as your commitment to stick with V2 Properties during these challenging times.
