Let summer begin! With Memorial Day weekend right around the corner, we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to those service men and women that have made the ultimate sacrifice for us and our freedom.

Ocean City - As some in the industry predict the market may start to “cool down”, V2 Properties is heating up! Ocean City now has 9 homes currently under contract and we are actively looking for single-family homesites to purchase in Ventnor, Brigantine, and Margate. This is an exciting time for V2 Properties - We can’t wait to see what this summer has in store for us!

Philadelphia - As Philadelphia rebounds from the COVID-19 pandemic and housing prices increase, demand for residential rental space has spiked. With limited inventory and mortgage rates rising more people are opting to rent instead. This is great news for V2 as we have finished 7 Duplexes and one 5-Unit building so far this year and are on track to finish 8 more buildings with a total of 25 rental units over the next 60 days. That’s 44 rental units delivered and on the market in the first half of 2022!

As the city’s economy and job market begins to grow again, Philly continues to create opportunities for first-time homebuyers. The “Philly First Home” Grant Program is a unique vehicle that first-time homebuyers in Philadelphia can utilize to purchase their first home. This grant will help make buying a home a reality for many Philadelphians, which is great news for the homebuyer looking to move into a beautiful V2 house.
