Under the boardwalk, down by the sea, yeah…... on a V2 site in Jersey, is where we’ll be! Now that we have made the transition to primarily build in New Jersey, we’re excited to announce we will soon have our own office in Ocean City! As things progressed in New Jersey, we needed a place to showcase our products and the temporary office space on Asbury Avenue was the perfect place to do so. Now that we are expanding it’s time to build our very own! 632 West Avenue will feature two residential units and a commercial space on the ground floor for V2 Properties to call home!
Check out Philly’s YIMBY’s most recent visit to one of V2’s biggest projects in Philadelphia - 2209-11 N. Broad Street! This massive five-story building features 21-units, and a ground-floor commercial space. Located a block north from Temple University’s campus, this building is the perfect spot for students! YIMBY’s shares their updated visit to the site and outlines the challenges architects and developers are faced when building in such narrow sites with Philadelphia’s restrictive height limits.
This month we are featuring one of our single-family homes in Philly! Finished at the beginning of this month, 2526 Alter Street is move-in ready! Just like the rest of our Philly homes, Alter Street has a beautiful, open floorplan for the kitchen/living area, finished basement, a rooftop deck with breathtaking city views, and has ample privacy tucked back at the end of the street. We have our construction manager, Bartley O’Malley, to thank for finishing this project – earlier than expected – and delivering a beautifully built home!
