As the vibrant hues of autumn set in, we're excited to bring you the latest updates on the fall real estate market.
New Jersey The Jersey Shore "typically" has two major selling seasons, Spring and Fall. We experienced a fruitful Fall, closing 10 properties in September and October. While the market adjusts from the summer surge, it remains robust with a diverse inventory of properties. The demand for homes with ocean views, proximity to amenities, and modern conveniences remains high, creating exciting opportunities. We are ready to trudge through the winter doldrums with 5 properties under contract and pushing for more.
Philadelphia We have been facing challenges in selling the final properties we have in Philadelphia. Despite our best efforts and strategic marketing initiatives, the current real estate market conditions have proven to be more challenging than anticipated. Factors such as economic uncertainties and fluctuating interest rates have contributed to a slower-than-expected pace in property sales. We have entrusted "The Mike McCann Team" who has been consistently ranked the number one real estate team in Philadelphia for over 30 years. We are confident we have these listings in the right hands.
We are pushing our realtors to pound the pavements to lease up our rental buildings. I have attached an article in our press items. This article details the top five amenities Philadelphia-area renters are looking for as, in-unit washers and dryers, air-conditioning, high-speed internet access, soundproof walls, and a dishwasher. Happy to report our units include all of these amenities. We are hoping to get these buildings leased up asap.
Announcement It was a tough decision but due to the decline in participation we will not be hosting our annual holiday party. Be on the lookout for a token of appreciate to be sent out closer to the holiday season.
