🚧 Groundbreaking & Permits – New Construction Begins

We’re also thrilled to announce that we’ve officially broken ground on two exciting new developments. With permits in hand, construction is underway at:

• 214 N. Wilson Avenue – Units 1 & 2
• 3225 Central Avenue – Units 1 & 2

These projects are progressing as scheduled and mark a significant step forward in our 2025 pipeline. We’re focused on quality construction, timely delivery, and maximizing return on investment for all stakeholders.
