Summer’s Not Over Yet—Exciting Updates from the Shore!

Hard to believe summer is winding down! While many are preparing for their children's return to school, the Jersey Shore is still full of energy. Labor Day is just about two weeks away, and the streets remain active with vacationers and residents alike. It’s a great time to be at the Shore—and an even better time for real estate exposure.

Our V2 Properties signs continue to stand proudly across Ocean City, Margate, and Longport, catching the attention of passersby daily. And soon, you’ll be seeing them throughout Wildwood as well. Foot traffic is the best advertisement—and we’re taking full advantage.

Business Updates:

We’re excited to share that 27 Spruce Avenue, last month’s featured property, is now under contract with a scheduled settlement date of August 22, 2025. Congratulations to all parties involved!

In addition, we’ve submitted applications for building permits at the following addresses:

• 119 N. 34th Avenue, Longport, NJ
• 1329 West Avenue, Ocean City, NJ
• 305 Mansfield Avenue, Margate City, NJ

We're currently working with each city to address requested revisions and are anticipating favorable updates by the time our September newsletter goes out. Stay tuned!
