• 27 Spruce Avenue – Officially sold on September 5, 2025, marking another successful project.
• 633 Asbury Avenue – Unit 2 – Now under contract, demonstrating continued buyer demand in the marketplace.

Building Permit Updates:

• 119 N. 34th Avenue, Longport, NJ – City requested revisions; our team promptly addressed and resubmitted for approval.
• 305 Mansfield Avenue, Margate City, NJ – City requested revisions; our team promptly addressed and resubmitted for approval.
• 1329 West Avenue, Ocean City, NJ – Permit RECEIVED and we will be breaking ground this week, an exciting step forward.
