While Jack Frost may be nipping at our noses, momentum at V2 Properties remains strong. We continue advancing our projects throughout the winter, keeping our focus on execution and preparation for a successful spring market.

Business Updates

• 321 W. Glenwood Avenue – Building permit has been received and we have officially broken ground, marking an exciting step forward on this project.

• 8 S. Nashville Avenue – Building permit application has been submitted and we are awaiting approval.

• 1116 Ocean Avenue – Unit C – SOLD!!!

• 3008 Ventnor Avenue – Sale secured with a scheduled settlement date of December 30, 2025.

As we close out the year, we are encouraged by the progress made across our portfolio and the groundwork being laid for the months ahead. Winter is a critical time for planning and execution, and we remain focused on moving each project forward with care, discipline, and accountability.
