As we ease into the new year, the market has entered its typical post-holiday slowdown, something seasoned realtors and developers alike know is not only normal, but expected. January often serves as a reset. Buyers are regrouping after the holidays, inventory is being absorbed, and momentum quietly begins to build.

Many top realtors stand by a long-held belief that once the Super Bowl passes, the market wakes up and we agree. Behind the scenes, preparation during these quieter weeks is what positions projects for success when activity picks up. Business Updates:

8 S. Nashville Avenue – Building permit APPROVED. We will be breaking ground by the end of this month.

3008 Ventnor Avenue – SOLD.

7504 Fremont Avenue – Very close to submitting for building permit. We are confident we’ll have a positive update to share in our next newsletter.
