Happy St. Patrick’s Day because everyone’s a little Irish on St. Paddy's day. 🍺

Some may say it’s the Luck of the Irish, but from where we’re sitting, it feels a lot more like the market is finally waking up.

Since our February newsletter, we’ve put three properties under contract including two pre-sales. That kind of activity is more than encouraging; it’s a strong sign that buyers are stepping back in, confidence is returning, and the spring market may be arriving with more energy than expected.

Securing three contracts since February, including two pre-sales, is a meaningful indicator that the spring market is gaining traction. For us, this is more than just activity it is confirmation that buyers are moving with renewed intention and that quality inventory is continuing to attract attention.

📈 Looking Ahead

As we continue moving through Q1, we are encouraged by what we’re seeing. Momentum is building, buyers are engaging earlier, and the pre-sale activity tells us that confidence is returning to the market in a very real way.

We remain focused on pushing projects forward, securing approvals, and delivering product that stands out in today’s marketplace. If this recent activity is any indication, the shore market may be shaping up for a stronger spring than many expected.
