“Say Thanks” Event— WOW! Another tremendous success...our 7th annual event was held last week (12/7) and we had another fantastic turnout with over 100 people attending which included investors, business partners and V2 team members. The highlight of the night was our overview presentation when we had a chance to share our 2019 results and our 2020 projections. We will provide a summary of our 2019 results with our January newsletter and then in our February newsletter will outline the 2020 projections. Thank You to everyone that was able to attend, we are already looking forward to doing it again in December, 2020.

Closing 2019 with Great Results!

The holiday season is traditionally slow in terms of housing sales in the real estate market. That has not been the case for V2 Properties. Since Thanksgiving we have put SEVEN properties under contract which is outstanding for this time of year AND we still have two weeks left in 2019, with a little luck we can put a few more under contract and move into 2020 with great momentum!
