Sad news and then Good News

Let’s get the sad news out of the way first, we have received many inquiries regarding the status of our “Say Thanks” holiday event which has traditionally been held on the first Saturday in December. After careful consideration and input from investors and business partners we have decided not to hold the event this year.

This was a tough decision , but the right decision, as this would have been our 8th consecutive “Say Thanks” event and a night that we look forward to every year. The event has grown every year to the point where last year we had over 130 people in attendance. With COVID still a serious issue and a significant concern to many, many people there is just no way for us to hold the event this year.

The good news, we are excited to announce the arrival of two new V2 Properties employees. The new additions are Pat Viola, Jr and Timothy Streeper. Both Pat and Timothy started with us a couple of weeks ago and both will fill Assistant Construction Manager roles within our organization. Pat ‘s brother Austin is already a member of the V2 team serving in the same role as a Assistant Construction Manager.

Both guys are great additions to our team, we continue to build depth within our construction management team which will position us for more growth for many years to come, as everyone knows this year has presented many challenges for all of us, but we continue work hard and improve our organization each and every day!
