An Early Holiday Gift for V2 Properties!

We received a great early holiday gift last week, from all places Philadelphia City Council. As many of you are already aware, the Philadelphia tax abatement program was scheduled to undergo significant program benefit reductions effective January 1, 2021. Great News—City Council has extended the tax abatement program with no changes for another year—to January 1, 2022!

This is great news for V2 Properties, the great momentum that we have generated this year, even with a variety of challenges, will continue well into next year as homebuyers look to capitalize on the full benefits of the tax abatement program as well as low interest rates.
