Excited to start a New Year

I am sure everyone is thrilled to say goodbye 2020 and hello 2021! Enough said on that topic. Let’s all focus on making 2021 the best year EVER!

At V2 Properties we are looking forward to the challenges and rewards the new year will bring, we continue to sell houses and we have a solid base of homes already under contract and scheduled to close (or already closed) in January and February—which are traditionally slow months for the real estate market. In addition to selling homes, we are building and finishing homes, getting them ready for the spring market. Between now and the end of February we will have 31 new homes on the market in Philly!

Many of the so called ‘experts’ expect the real estate market to remain strong through 2021 with low mortgage rates and low housing inventories and we are in a great position to offer potential buyers a top quality V2 home at a very fair price. We will continue to dominate the Philadelphia home market in 2021!

While we maintain our dominance over the Philadelphia single family home market we will continue to diversify our portfolio of homes as we build more rental units in Philadelphia AND grow our presence in one of the hottest real estate markets around which is Ocean City, New Jersey. We expect to have more than ten homes under construction in Ocean City by the end of the first quarter of this year.
