V2 Properties Family loses an invaluable member of the team

David Henry

Rest in Peace, David Henry

The past two weeks have been incredibly painful for the entire V2 Properties family. On Wednesday, March 3rd we were informed of the unexpected passing of David Henry. David was the owner of Rockhaven Builders and arguably the top Construction Manager at V2 Properties since the companies inception back in 2012. David’s relationship with Vince goes as far back as 2004 whereas he worked on all of the Vineys personal real estate development endeavors in Ocean City, NJ where Vince earned and learned his way into the business.

While managing the construction of buildings for V2 Properties was how David made a living, it was only a small piece of an amazing and full life he had. Prior to working with Vince & V2 Properties, for many years he managed the construction of skyscrapers in New York City.

Prior to getting into construction, David served our country in Vietnam and received a Silver Star and Purple Heart. He graduated from Rider University and attended Juilliard in NYC. He enjoyed painting, was an excellent saxophone player and also well respected poker player.

David raised three amazing kids, Diane, Ralph, and George. We are blessed that Ralph & George will continue David’s legacy as integral members of the V2 Properties Construction Mgmt team.

David will be missed by all who knew him and will leave a hole in our hearts for many years to come.
