Real Estate Market remains HOT!!!Spring Selling Season is here This week temperatures are expected to rise into the 80’s and into the 90’s by next weekend. The local real estate market is just as hot! We are the industry leaders in two of the strongest markets in the entire country, Philadelphia and Ocean City, NJ. We continue to dominate as we work hard to keep up with the housing demands in both markets. As quickly as we build new homes and put them on the market, they go under contract, in many cases we are pre-selling homes, especially in Ocean City, NJ before completing construction. This is reinforced by one of our attached newsletter articles, see link to Zonda article which highlights Philadelphia as the second highest market in terms of year-over-year growth for new homes in the entire country! We also never stop challenging ourselves to be better than the competition. In mid-April we set an internal company goal to get 40 homes & rental units on the market by 6/1/21. We are pushing hard to reach the goal. We need to finish 22 more units in the last couple of weeks in May to hit the goal. That may seem like a lot of work, which it is, but we have the team in place that can get it done! That will be 22 new units hitting the market by 6/1.
