“Say Thanks” event returns for 2021!

Really BIG NEWS and some notes First, the big news. We are very happy to announce the annual V2 Properties ‘Say Thanks’ event is back for 2021. We were unable to hold the event last year due to Covid concerns, but we are really looking forward to seeing everyone again and celebrate the past year, a year where we all have overcome a variety of challenges and we are all looking forward to our lives getting back to ‘normal’

This years event will be held on Saturday, December 11th. The fun begins at 6:00 PM and will be held at the Viney Residence in Royersford. We are looking forward to sharing our results for 2021 and projections for 2022. It will be a great night and we can’t wait to see everyone again!

Notes:

Ocean City, NJ Market news— We are breaking ground on 15 new projects in Ocean City this fall. We have always had a presence in the Ocean City market, but this, by far our biggest season at the shore. We expect to have these homes, many of which are already under contract, completed in time for the Spring 2022 real estate season. As previously reported in our newsletter the Ocean City, NJ market has been red hot over the past nine months, we are certainly well positioned to capitalize on this growth over the next year.

Philadelphia Market news—The big news from a real estate perspective in the Philly market is the changes coming to the tax abatement program on January 1, 2022. We currently have 26 projects in various stages of the L&I approval pipeline. Our goal is to get building permits approved by December 31, 2021 on all 26 of these properties which will enable us to take advantage of the full benefits of the program as we offer buyers these homes in 2022.
