Only 26 days away! The big day is coming up quickly, our 8th annual “Say Thanks” event will be held on Saturday, December 11th. The fun begins at 6:00 PM. We are looking forward to sharing our results for 2021 and projections for 2022. It will be a great night and we look forward to seeing everyone in a couple of weeks!

Philadelphia and Ocean City, NJ Market Updates

Philadelphia: As stated in our October Edition of Exponential Insights we are working extremely hard to get as many building permits as possible before the tax abatement changes go into effect on January 1, 2022. We had a good month getting six new building permits, we still have six weeks to go in 2021 and expect a lot more building permit approvals this year.

Ocean City, NJ: We were able to get four more house demo permits, completed demo work and started construction at each of the sites. We will be starting at six more sites over the next 30 days. Getting homes ready for 2022!
