Another Outstanding Year The 8th annual V2 Properties ‘Say Thanks’ event was held on Saturday January 8th. It was another amazing night with more almost 90 people attending, all things considered it was a fantastic turnout! One of the highlights of the night was the annual presentation focusing on our results in 2021 and a look forward to our goals in 2022. See some of our 2021 results below.

There is so much to be excited about as a new year gets underway, every year presents new opportunities and we are already in a great position for the upcoming 2022 spring real estate market.

While we are excited about the new year, we will share our 2022 goals in our February newsletter, let’s take a look back at just a few of our significant accomplishments in 2021:

  • Warranty department reinvented for a more consistent customer experience

  • Built an “end to end” project management tracking automation platform via Smartsheets Technology

  • Significant growth along the Jersey shore. Expanding relationships in Longport, Margate, Ventnor and Brigantine.

  • Renting space for commercial store front in Ocean City, NJ and ultimately purchasing a commercial store front on West Avenue in Ocean City, NJ

Key 2021 Metrics

  • 174 homes sold / in process in Philadelphia. Target was 165 homes

  • Sold & Settled 89 homes. Target was 80 homes

  • $37.3 MM in Sales Revenue. Target was $35 MM in Sales Revenue

  • $2,198,603 investor profit which was a 32% increase over 2020

  • Our most important 2021 Metric: 100% of projects yielded full investor profit!!!
