Getting Stronger Every Year!

We are looking forward to the challenges and rewards the new year will bring, we continue to sell houses and we have a solid base of homes already under contract and scheduled to close (or already closed) in February and March —which are traditionally slow months for the real estate market. In addition to selling homes, we are building and finishing homes, getting them ready for the spring market. Between now and the end of March we will have 29 new homes on the market in Philly and Ocean City!

It’s hard to believe but we are already halfway through the first quarter of 2022. With our January newsletter we highlighted our results from 2021 which were very good. This month we wanted to share our goals for the upcoming year:
