Cambria Street and 4224 Otter Street all have estimated settlement dates by the end of January. A wonderful way to ring in the new year! New JerseyNINE new New Jersey projects have started construction in the last 30 days! Half of those new projects are in Margate City, including one of our biggest projects – 9412 Ventnor Avenue.
