Philadelpiha

We have been aggressively pushing to get all the single-family homes on the market for Philadelphia sold, and so far, this week we have three homes that went under contract! 308 Sears Street, 1512 N. 25th Street, 2262 E. Cambria Street and 4224 Otter Street all have estimated settlement dates by the end of January. A wonderful way to ring in the new year!

New Jersey

NINE new New Jersey projects have started construction in the last 30 days! Half of those new projects are in Margate City, including one of our biggest projects – 9412 Ventnor Avenue. A mixed-use development with four condos and two commercial spaces, on a booming street just blocks from the beach.
