We hit the ground running this year, but we still have a long way to go!

Exclusively building in New Jersey, has brought different challenges and changes to the way we typically do business. Even though we have been building home there for years the procedures for working in Philadelphia vs New Jersey are very different. We are improving our procedures, researching outreach activities to become more involved in the community, and further developing our standardized upgrades. Our team is doing an incredible job adjusting to different workloads, positions, and routines as we make this transition!

As we move forward into the new year we would like to revisit of our objectives and projections for 2023!

2022 was an excellent year and we have so much to show for it!
