Five Minutes of Fame

As you all know, at the beginning of this month we had our debut on Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid. We know every single one of you stayed glued to your TV on February 2nd from 9:45pm to 11:45pm so you didn’t miss it – but in case you did don’t worry. The clip will also air on CNN, MSNBC, CBNC, Lifetime, and TLC for the rest of the month! Of course, you can always watch it right here on our website or on our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.



Philadelphia Update

Philadelphia is really moving! So far this year we have sold three single-family homes and currently have twelve homes under contract. Four of those homes that are expected to settle within the next month, and the rest are expect to settle before the end of March.

New Jersey Update

So far this year, 166 E. Atlantic Avenue and 839 E. 7th Street have sold, and we currently have three more projects on under contract. Both commercial spaces at 9412 Ventnor Avenue, that are expected to settle by the end of the summer and 104 N. Sumner Street, which is expected to sell by the end of the month. This is also our very first project to be finished and sold in Margate, New Jersey!

Lofts at Henry Hall A Viney House

We’re so close to being finished! Under the direction of Mike Bray, 2209-11 N. Broad Street is well on its way to being complete! Thanks to him and his team this 21-unit apartment building is turning out beautifully and is almost ready for renters. If it wasn’t for Mike taking the lead on this project, it would not have progressed as quickly as it has. He’s doing a fantastic job managing the project, creating detailed notes to ensure clear communication, staying proactive so the job continues to run smoothly, and keeping up his great relationship with our subcontractors. We would like to thank him and his team for doing such an incredible job.

This building features apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, stunning open living spaces with oversized windows that fill the room with light, and a few new flooring designs in the bathroom! These apartments are located near Temple University and are perfect for young professionals and graduate students. We have started advertising one of the units with three bedrooms on Zillow (photos shown below). You can check out the full listing here!
