Summer 2023!

Time flies when you’re having fun. Summer 2023 is almost here, which means peak season in New Jersey is right around the corner! These next few months will bring new challenges and opportunities for us with most of our business down at the Jersey shore. Memorial Day marks the end of all demolition work in Ocean City and Margate for the season so we have been rapidly working to get as many projects started to keep things moving for the summer.

With traffic picking up down the shore and buyers eager to purchase before school starts up again, this is a perfect time to showcase everything we’ve accomplished through the off season. We have 32 projects either under construction or on the market in Jersey right now, with 8 that are projected to hit the market by the beginning of summer. Our homes are perfect for families looking to relocate, or purchasing a vacation home, but they are also great for buyers looking to invest in real estate. In a recent article from OCNJ Daily, Ocean City’s property taxes were ranked one of the lowest n the state. Houses Hitting the Market

We have been busy these last couple of months in both Philadelphia and New Jersey. Since the beginning of April, SIX rental buildings have moved in the final phase of construction and are getting ready for renters! We have started listing a few of them and are working towards permanent financing. Currently, we have two new single family homes to hit the market, 9619 Pacific Ave, located in Margate, and 217 Bay Road!

217 Bay Road has come a long way. We built a brand-new home that looks like it belongs beside these beautiful beach homes in Bayfront. This is one of our largest projects in Ocean City and is valued close to $4 million! It was even featured in one of the articles as an example of all the new construction continuing in Ocean City.
