Properties At A Glance
New projects – Currently we have two new purchases with plans soon to submit for building permits. Each project will be a single-family home in New Jersey. 105 5th Street, in Ocean City and 3008 Ventnor in Longport. This will be V2 Properties’ first project in Longport! Homes Under Contract – This month we have three homes that are projected to sell by the end of the month! Two of which are in Ocean City, 1205 Wesley Road and 4321 Simpson Ave, Unit 2, and a traditional single-family home in Philadelphia, 2228 N. 3rd Street. Construction – We have 17 projects in the last phase of construction. Two of these projects, 1631 & 1633 Cadwallader, in Philadelphia are different from our other single-family homes in Philadelphia. These homes both include a garage and a shared courtyard (pictured) where they access their front door, three bedrooms, and a large kitchen/dining space!
