Time flies when you’re having fun

It’s hard to believe we are already halfway through the year and this month we would like to share all the progress we have made so far. We have several new projects on the horizon, including FOUR new ones in Margate, and our first ever project in Longport! We have almost finished our rental construction in Philadelphia, with only four left to go, and we have been aggressively filling the new units that are hitting the market! Our amazing team has been working hard to deliver quality products and maintain our rental properties (not an easy job). We would like to thank each one of them for doing such an amazing job. We have a long way to go but we have the team for it and look forward to new successes and accomplishments the rest of this year will bring.

Mid-Year Recap

We have been finishing up our biggest rental projects, completely dominating the market down in New Jersey, and expanding our business even further into new shore towns. This year has been a challenge, but it is worth it, as we continue to grow as a company and as a successful business. Let’s look at our year so far.

New Jersey Highlight

As mentioned in our May newsletter this year, there are many reasons to own real estate in Ocean City. With property taxes ranked one of the lowest in the state, their clean beaches, and beautiful town, its no wonder it was named New Jersey’s favorite beach for the 10th consecutive year in a recent statewide online poll. New Jersey’s Sea Grant Consortium started the poll back in 2008 to encourage preservation and add a “little healthy competition” between Jersey beach towns. Ocean City has won many statewide polls and collected several similar titles over the years, such as “Best Beach”, “Best Beach in America”, and America’s Greatest Family Resort” – its no wonder its an amazing place to live and vacation!
