So Long Summer

If you are feeling sad about summer being over, starting back at school, or the fact that winter is right around the corner, just remember last week Tom Brady watched the Patriots lose to the Eagles, again. As summer comes to an end, and we move quickly into the fourth quarter of the year, we are focusing on meeting settlement dates, finishing our projects in Philadelphia, and filling our rental units with tenants to obtain permanent financing. With our construction manager, Mike Bray, taking over the rest of our Philadelphia projects we are confident the projects will run smoothly and be ready for renters by the end of the year!

New Jersey Projects

2616 and 2618 West Ave are rare side by side condos that both include full second floors, two car garages on the ground level, AND rooftop decks! They share a stunning black and white exterior and host two gorgeous staircases on either side of the porch that exude elegance. It’s no wonder they BOTH went under contract long before their expected finish date.

Although 107 & 109 Bay Ave are not condos, they are sister homes that in a way mirror each other and include the same beautiful amenities with different finish designs. These projects are unique because the buyer has the option to have a dock built directly across the street from their new beach home. We have already sold 107 Bay Ave and are quickly working to finish 109 Bay Ave to meet our settlement date which is set for late October!



The American Dream

The American Dream is a national television show that highlights real estate in cities all over the country. They are featured on major networks like ABC, CNBC, FOX, and CBS, and have approached us about doing a segment on V2 Properties. Yes, we will be featured on another TV show!!! The American Dream TV focuses on positive stories and ways to empower viewers to achieve their own personal American Dreams. This is incredible exposure for our brand and an amazing opportunity for us to educate their viewers on our process and how we do real estate. Filming will begin soon, and the segment is expected to air in May 2024!
