Properties At A Glance
V2 Properties is gearing up to make 2024 the best year every! We are looking forward to the challenges and rewards the new year will bring. With January traditionally being a slow month for real estate we are happy to report we closed on two properties in the first half of the month and one additional at the end of the month! In addition to selling homes, we are building and finishing homes, getting them ready for the spring market.
As we put 2023 in the rearview, a new year calls for a slight facelift around our New Jersey homes. I have been focusing time in tweaking our interior designs as coastal chic is said to make a splash in 2024. I have meet with a market expert and interior designer to review the hottest trend to make our homes more marketable to our homebuyers.
Notably, interest rates experienced a significant decrease in December compared to earlier in the 2023. Our outlook for 2024 is extremely positive, with expectations of sustained growth in sales! And thankfully we will have the inventory to handle this growth!
