So Long Summer

As the summer winds down, we are finishing up building 13 single-family homes, 1 duplex, and 4 triplexes. In the past month we finished building 5 single-family homes, a 4-unit apartment building, and a duplex in Ocean City, and have already sold 3 of those projects! We are excited to head into the fall and plan to keep up with the progress we have made so far.

9408-12 Ventnor Avenue

Get ready for V2 Properties' new exciting project, coming summer of 2023! Our new mixed use development property at 9408-12 Ventnor Avenue in Margate City, New Jersey is a combination of four residential units and two commercial units. Tucked between the bay and the beach, and located on a street filled with shops, restaurants, and mini golf, this shore space is the place to be!

New! New Jersey Projects!

In the last month we have started five new projects in New Jersey! The homes at 104 N. Sumner Avenue and 9619 Pacific Avenue kickoff our expansion into Margate City! Both homes targeted finish is in the early spring of 2023, giving our buyers the perfect amount of time to customize their homes before next summer begins.

Ocean City is still going strong with three new projects starting, 3309-11 Haven Ave Unit 1, 3309-11 Haven Ave Unit 2, and 839 E. 7th Street (which is already under contract!)



YIMBY features 2415 Mutter Street

YIMBY stands for "Yes, In My Back Yard". They feature new development in the city of Philadelphia like evolving architecture, construction, and real estate, in support of the pro-housing movement.

Just like all our Philly projects, this new construction home had all our luxury finishes, such a tray ceiling, finished basement, rooftop deck, and our technology package!
