Investment Opportunity – We recently listed a few of our earliest rental properties on the market! After reviewing our portfolio, we realized our five-year plan for some of the rentals is almost coming to an end. We built these properties with the intention of selling them as rental buildings and after a few successful years of renting it’s time to say farewell! Check them out online!

New Jersey Update
Two of our brand-new Ocean City projects, 39 & 43 Sunset Place, have started construction in the last month, and our Margate projects are making significant advancements as well. 9616 Pacific Avenue is almost completely framed, and 104 N. Sumner Avenue is in the 2nd phase of construction!
