Philadelphia Update

If you checked out our newsletters over the last couple of months, YIMBY (Yes, In My Back Yard), bring new construction in Philly to light by visiting projects and writing articles from a “pro-growth” perspective. This month we want to share the progression of two rental buildings currently under construction that were featured on YIMBYs website, 2034-36 N. Front Street and 2304-08 N. 9th Street.

2034-36 N. Front Street - The mixed-use building under construction, in booming Kensington, features eight-units and a commercial space on the ground floor! Located on a street filled with bars, restaurants, and shops. Currently in the Framing phase with Mike Bray as the construction manager, we are confident this project will start to move along quickly.

2304-08 N. 9th Street (featured in photo) – This massive eleven-unit apartment building is close to being halfway done! This property is perfect for student housing, with Temple University just a few blocks away, and a parking garage located directly under the building!

Ocean City Update

Our New Jersey projects did not disappoint this season. Since the middle of September, we have sold four Ocean City homes!

Watching the projects evolve is amazing. Each design is unique and when a house is pre-sold, it gives the buyer a chance to customize their new home. Using our Buyers Selections they have several options and features to choose from, like trim style, paint colors, flooring, and more!

So far, this fall we sold 505 E. Atlantic, 327 Battersea Road, 3301 Bayland Drive, and 401 30th Street. Check out each photo below to see a before and after of each project!
