It's not uncommon for real estate sales to experience fluctuations during holidays, as potential buyers may be more focused on seasonal activities and celebrations rather than property transactions. Factors such as weather conditions, travel plans, and the general slowdown in business activities during holidays can contribute to a temporary decrease in real estate sales. Regardless, we were able to settle on two properties this month and have 3 more lined up in January.

While others may be bundling up indoors, our dedicated construction crews are out in force, turning construction sites into winter wonderlands of progress. By strategically continuing construction through the colder months, we will have an ample inventory of stunning homes ready to hit the market as the flowers bloom and the spring market comes alive.

On a personal note, this month I was proud to commermorate, our latest V2 Properties 9 unit apartment building in Fishtown to my beloved mom, RoseMarie DeLucca Viney. "Viney House on RoseMarie Row" was dedicated as a small token of appreciation for my mom. Her unwavering love, guidance, and support have been the cornerstone of my success. I am grateful for the countless sacrifices she made to see me become the person I am today. Her memory will forever inspire and guide me.

May this festive season bring you and your loved ones joy, peace, and moments of happiness. As we look forward to the coming year, we are excited about the projects and endeavors ahead, and we are grateful to have you as a valued part of our journey.
